Rental Agreement

TERMS: JDI Dumpster LLC is not responsible for damages arising from placement of container to pavement, curbing, driveway, lawn, landscaping, sprinkler system, trees, branches, sidewalk, turf underneath or within path for delivery or pick up.
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS (items that absolutely cannot be in the dumpsters when picked up):
1. Tires
2. Rocks, dirt, cement, or concrete
3. Appliances (unless a specific appliance quote and agreement is approved)
4. Tree limbs or yard waste may NOT be mixed with ANYTHING in the container.
5. ANY TYPE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS*, including but not limited to, paints, chemicals, flammable liquids, refrigerants, or batteries.
CONDITIONS:
1. Do not fill above fill line. OVER the fill line will be charged at the company’s discretion.
2. Dumpsters must be paid for in full before the dumpsters are delivered.
3. If dumpster is rented for yard waste ONLY, tree stumps and limbs must not exceed 22” in circumference.
4. Standard dumpster rental price is for a (3) three-day rental period.
5. DAMAGE TO DUMPSTER: Any substantial or material damage done to a dumpster will be billed to the renter. Significant dents, damage to doors or hinges, exterior paint scratches, overloaded material, and items that tear/dent the dumpster are examples of damage that will be charged to the renter. The renter’s credit card will be charged for repair as well as loss of use while dumpsters are unavailable for repairs, so please take special care when using the rented dumpster.
RENTER AGREES:
1. To secure necessary permits if required.
2. To provide unobstructed access upon delivery and pick-up.
3. No fires are ever allowed to burn in the dumpsters.
4. To hold harmless JDI Dumpster LLC regarding personal injury, property damage and right of way discrepancies.
5. To cover payment for any loss or damage suffered as a result on Renter’s breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred to enforce this Agreement.
6. To bear responsibility and liability for all loss or damage to dumpster while onsite.
7. To pay a fee of $75.00 per trip for return dry run trips.
8. To pay a minimum fee of $100.00 to relocate the dumpster to a location other than where it was dropped.
9. To pay a fee of $25.00 per day for each day past the agreed upon (3) three-day rental period.
If all terms and conditions are not followed, JDI Dumpster Rental LLC will take one of the following actions at the company’s discretion.
1. We can return the contents to its rightful owner because of theft of service.
2. We will charge your credit card on file for the additional costs.
3. There is absolutely no refund for failure to comply with terms and conditions above.
4. An hourly charge of $129.00 per hour applies for driver’s time to deal with renter’s failure to comply with terms and conditions.
5. We will charge the credit card on file (4) four times the amount of the fee we get charged for all prohibited/hazardous materials in the dumpster as well as a $250.00 container cleaning fee.
*At the minimum, assume a product is hazardous if the label contains ANY of the following words: pesticide, fertilizer, warning, poison, acid, danger, caustic, flammable.
